General terms

By using this website or ordering a Diwan Style service, you agree to these general terms and to any proposal, order form, plan description or service agreement that applies to the specific work. If a signed agreement conflicts with these website terms, the signed agreement takes priority for that service.

Services and scope

The scope, deliverables, timeline, fees and responsibilities for project work are confirmed in writing before work begins. Website prices described as estimates or starting prices are indicative and are not a final quote.

Hosting, maintenance and support plans include only the features and service levels stated for the selected plan. Requests outside that scope may require a separate quote or plan change.

Client responsibilities

• Provide accurate information, timely feedback and the access reasonably needed to perform the service
• Confirm that supplied text, images, trademarks and other materials may legally be used
• Keep account credentials secure and notify us promptly of suspected unauthorised access
• Maintain lawful use of websites, hosting, email and other infrastructure

Fees, renewals and third-party costs

Fees and payment schedules are stated in the applicable proposal, invoice or plan. Recurring services may renew according to the agreed billing period until cancelled under the applicable service terms.

Domain registrations, licences, payment gateways, advertising and other third-party services may carry separate fees, policies and price changes. Unless stated otherwise, these charges are not included in a project estimate.

Intellectual property

Each proposal or agreement explains ownership of final deliverables and any licence granted. Unless agreed otherwise, ownership transfers only after full payment. Diwan Style and third parties retain ownership of pre-existing tools, frameworks, libraries, fonts, stock assets and reusable know-how.

Changes, updates and third parties

We may improve, update, suspend or replace parts of this website and our service platform. Third-party products and links are provided under their own terms, availability and security practices, and we cannot control changes made by those providers.

Availability and liability

We work carefully and provide the commitments stated in the applicable agreement, but no website, hosting platform or third-party network can be guaranteed to be uninterrupted or error-free at all times.

To the extent permitted by applicable law, responsibility for a service issue is limited by the liability provisions in the applicable agreement. Nothing in these terms excludes rights or liability that cannot legally be excluded.

Suspension and termination

A service may be suspended for non-payment, unlawful use, security risk, abuse or a material breach of the applicable terms. Cancellation, handover, refunds and data retention are handled according to the selected plan or signed agreement.
